Acgile is looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing team!

About This Role

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with a strong focus on building high-quality, white-hat backlinks through effective outreach and link-building strategies.

Location: Islamabad (On-site)
Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Qualifications / Skillset / Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Experience working on international SEO campaigns.
Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and automation.
Google SEO or Analytics certifications will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and URL structures.
Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend improvements for website performance and crawlability.
Plan and execute off-page SEO campaigns with a strong focus on high-quality backlink acquisition.
Build backlinks through guest posting, outreach, niche edits, business directories, and other white-hat link-building techniques.
Identify and secure relevant backlink opportunities from authoritative websites.
Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and backlink performance using SEO tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an SEO Specialist.
- Proven experience in white-hat backlink building and outreach.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
- Experience with keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple SEO projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage
