Create, optimize, and manage product listings across Amazon, Walmart, and eBay, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maximum visibility.

🕒 Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (5 Days a Week)

• Create complete product listings from scratch, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and variations.
• Create me-too/piggyback listings using existing ASINs and UPCs where applicable.
• Upload and manage listings using flat files and bulk templates (Amazon Inventory Files, Walmart Bulk Spec Sheets, and eBay File Exchange).
• Select appropriate product categories and browse nodes, and manage ungating and category approval requests.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize listings for SEO, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms.
• Resolve suppressed, inactive, and stranded listings, and communicate with Seller Support when required.
• Maintain accurate pricing, inventory, and product content across all marketplaces.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (experience with Walmart Marketplace and eBay is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of flat files and bulk listing templates.
• Understanding of full product listings and me-too/piggyback listing methods.
• Experience with keyword research and listing SEO.
• Ability to identify and resolve suppressed or inactive listings.
• Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
