We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales cum Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Timing: 7pm to 4am
Salary: Negotiable
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Prior 2-3 years of experience in sales and customer support.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats to address queries and provide solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify sales opportunities, follow up with leads, and convert them into business.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
