Description

We’re seeking a creative and resourceful Content & Social Media Specialist who’s great with video creation and experienced in running social media accounts for mission-driven brands.

About This Role

Timings: 5:00 pm to 2:00 am

Qualifications / Skillset / Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Strong video creation/editing skills with a portfolio of short-form content
Comfortable working with motion graphics tools, AI video editors, or templated platforms
Excellent writing and communication skills — you know how to make content feel human
Bonus: Experience in healthcare, wellness, or elder care
Self-starter with good time management, good sense of humor and creative instincts.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, and publish engaging content for social platforms — especially short videos
Create explainer videos and healthcare education content using tools (Canva or Adobe Express)
CapCut, VEO 3, Runway or Descript for AI-generated or template-based content
After Effects or Premiere for motion graphics or simple editing
Write and schedule captions/posts with clear, warm messaging
Repurpose blog, product, and outreach content into visual posts or carousels
