As an EDI Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining seamless electronic data exchange between the company and its trading partners.
Working Conditions
Timings: 7:00pm to 4:00am

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• In-depth understanding of EDI systems, standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT), and protocols used in B2B transactions.
• Proficiency with EDI mapping and translation tools (e.g., Gentran, Sterling Integrator, or similar platforms).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve transmission errors or mapping issues effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Experience with ERP systems integration is a plus.

 

 

• Oversee and coordinate EDI activities between internal systems and external partners, ensuring accurate and compliant data exchange in accordance with established standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational EDI issues by collaborating with cross-functional internal teams and external counterparts to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and update EDI mapping, translation configurations, and data transformation processes to support accurate and efficient data communication.
• Monitor EDI transmissions, perform data validation checks, and generate reports to analyse transaction flow and identify discrepancies or failures.
