You will be responsible for engaging healthcare professionals nationwide, introducing them to the client’s platform, and managing their onboarding. Your focus will be on outreach, relationship-building, and driving conversions. Ideal candidates have strong healthcare sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mission-driven digital health.
Timings: 6:00 pm to 3:00am

• Fluent English communication skills, with a neutral to American accent
• Strong phone presence, confidence, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in healthcare sales or clinical outreach
• Familiarity with medical or clinical terminology and workflows
• Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.)
• Organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously
• A proven track record in lead nurturing, sales funnel management, or outreach campaigns
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with U.S.-based healthcare clients or telehealth platforms
• Educational background or training in healthcare, life sciences, or related fields
• Ability to draft professional outreach emails or scripts when needed
• Experience with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo is a plus.

• Conduct outbound calls to healthcare professionals (physical therapists, occupational therapists, etc.) in the U.S.
• Introduce the client’s platform and benefits to prospective providers
• Build rapport and maintain positive relationships through consistent follow-ups
• Answer questions, address concerns, and guide interested leads through the onboarding process
• Maintain accurate records and activity logs in the CRM system
• Achieve weekly/monthly outreach and conversion targets
• Collaborate with the internal marketing and operations teams to refine the outreach strategy
• Identify key opportunities and share feedback to improve messaging and targeting
• Help build and maintain a growing network of licensed healthcare professionals
