This role requires in-depth knowledge of FortiGate firewalls, multi-ISP routing, Active Directory deployment, and secure network design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our current network, enhancing security, and empowering internal teams with centralized IT policy management.

Timings: 8pm to 5am

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven hands-on experience with FortiGate firewall setup and SSL certificate integration.
• Expertise in configuring and managing multi-ISP routing and failover mechanisms.
• Strong command over Microsoft Active Directory (AD) deployment and centralized IT management.
• In-depth knowledge of:
  • Windows Server (2016/2019+)
  • DHCP, DNS, and GPO (Group Policy Objects)
  • LAN/WAN architectures, routing protocols, and port forwarding.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

• Install and configure SSL certificates for the FortiGate portal to eliminate browser security warnings.
• Review the existing FortiGate configuration and apply enhancements to improve the current network performance score (currently rated Grade C).
• Design and implement effective load balancing and failover for five ISP connections (currently utilizing only two).
• Transition all servers connected directly to ISP routers into the FortiGate-controlled secure network environment.
• Set up port forwarding from ISP routers through FortiGate to internal servers as per access and security requirements.
• Plan, configure, and deploy Microsoft Active Directory (AD) across all company computers for centralized management.
• Provide expert guidance on improving overall network security, system performance, and adherence to IT best practices.
• Train internal staff on AD policy management, including:
• Enforcing group policies.
• Disabling specific services organization-wide.
• Managing users and passwords from a central console.
• Controlling Windows updates via AD.
