• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Query
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured data
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
• Strong written communication skills (especially over email)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in data handling related to product listings
• Exposure to bulk upload templates or feed management is beneficial

• Analyze sales and operational data to drive actionable insights
• Assign and manage listing projects across various platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay).
• Perform manual updates to records or listings when needed (e.g., updates/deletions)
• Use Excel (including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables) and Power Query for data cleaning and reporting
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal use
• Communicate professionally with vendors and clients via email for updates and coordination
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets and systems
• Stay aligned with process changes and maintain up-to-date documentation
