• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven 2 Years of experience in order fulfillment on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and website, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
• Proficiency in order processing systems and software, with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices is a plus.

• Manage orders from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Track orders throughout the fulfillment process, providing regular updates.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate reorders to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure goods and services as per customer requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
• Troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies related to orders, working to resolve them efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Continuously evaluate and improve order processing workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
